The Space:
Villa Mills is located in a quiet & peaceful urbanization just a short drive away from Ferragudo fishing village. The villa is spacious and comfortable with 5 bedrooms and fully air-conditioned. Fully fenced private plot with landscaped garden, large 10 x 5 meter private swimming pool, heating is available upon request at €200 per week, indoor Barbecue, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday!
On entering the ground floor you will find a large open-plan lounge /dining area, with WiFi and TV with UK channels. The lounge leads out to a private terrace / alfresco entertaining area with seating for 10 persons and 10 sun loungers. The kitchen is full fitted with various appliances. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an adjacent toilet.
On the first floor are 1 double bedroom ensuite and 1 double bedroom with a shared family bathroom and 2 single twin bedrooms with a shared family bathroom.
A car is recommended, less than 5 mins drive away is Ferragudo which still retains that original fishing village charm, with its variety of bars & restaurants and one of the most picturesque harbours on the coast and only minutes away from some of the finest beaches in Portugal. You can take a river taxi to Portimão marina and enjoy sunset activities. In the other direction, you will find Carvoeiro with its many amenities including Pestana Golf.
Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
