Comfy house but an update would make it even better!

House was very spacious for our group! Location was great ! Close to beach and amenities. Communication was great! But house could use an overall update / freshen up.

The staff was friendly. I missed an email about check in so what I thought was 2:00 turned into 4:00. The previous people left it in a terrible state but he cleaning staff worked as fast as they could to get us in. There is a inconspicuous path to the beach that was quite nice. Good water pressure in the bathroom, nice kitchen with various appliances and good cookware. It echos alot so once 1 person is up everyone is. Beds were okay for a short stay but not super comfortable. Overall I would go again.

À chegada encontramos loiça de cozinha mal lavada, bem como a banheira de um dos WC's com cabelos. As toalhas de banho e os lençois eram velhos. Alguns lençois eram extremamente finos e tinham estampado o logotipo desgastado de uma unidade hoteleira. Durante a estadia foram encontradas baratas na cozinha e em 2 WC. A piscina do condomínio é velha e precisa de obras. Trata-se de uma piscina de vinil, onde o revestimento está solto das paredes/chão. O recinto é vedado e está permanentemente trancado à chave. À entrada as pessoas trancam-se lá dentro, o que para além de incómodo, representa um grave risco de segurança. Estão espalhadas por todo o recinto as 10 regras da utilização da piscina, onde para além das orientações básicas de civismo constam proibições de utilização de jogos, insufláveis, máscaras de mergulho, e há até uma regra onde se reserva o direito de expulsão da piscina a pessoas que "pelo seu aspecto ou conduta perturbem o bom ambiente"... Fomos incomodados por um condómino que afirmou ser "quem manda na piscina" acerca das regras, mas o anfitrião interveio prontamente. A casa em si é boa, o espaço exterior (excepto piscina) é bom, a loiça e utensílios da cozina estão bem, máquinas de lavar, ar condicionado, TV e internet estão bem, mesas e sofás estão bem. No entanto, considerando os problemas que apresentou e o preço elevado da estadia, somos forçados a atribuir uma nota negativa ao alojamento.

Agradecer a simpatia e o profissionalismo da empresa e proprietário da casa. Casa muito bem localizada, zona calma a minutos a pé da praia, 5 minutos de carro de armação de pera. Casa inserida num condomínio, com acesso a espaço exterior com espaço para BBQ e acesso a piscina de condomínio ao qual dá para aproveitar o bom tempo e para descansar . A repetir.
