Location for us was perfect, easy walk either way to Armacao de Pera or Alporchinhos depending on preference. The property is well presented and a good size, wonderful views to sea and gardens, the grounds are a wonderful feature and well maintained.A car is helpful though not essential.A nice upmarket development with a feeling of privacy, would return and recommend.

Very nice renovated house

Beautiful house very well equipped. Just for the winterseason the house needs a lot of energy to keep the stay comfortable. But everything is available. A heatpump instead of radiators would have made it much more efficient. The bed-pillows need some reconsideration.
