Quiet studio in one of the most sought after resorts in Carvoeiro. Resort: pool, 10 bars / restaurants, supermarket, Orstszentrum and beach about 5 minutes walk. The studio is 35 sqm and has a spacious bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. The apartment is lovingly furnished from a mixture of modern, Algarvestil and Portuguese colonial style with valuable individual pieces. Disliked: Communication

Owner has promised to return security deposit but has not

The studio appartment was clean, it was small but comfortable. Unfortunately it was north facing and did not get any sunlight, so it was very dark. Also to date the owner has not returned the security deposit although she has promised to do so, it is now nearly 2 weeks. Communication with the owner is hard work. Personally I would not book with this owner again, it has taken the shine off the week away with my baby daughter

Schöner Ferienort, Wohnung okay

Apartment ist sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Es liegt im Untergeschoss einer Wohnanlage, hat daher etwas Sutterain- Charakter. Möbel sind alt und zusammengesucht, aber okay. Klimanlage haben wir gebraucht, da es abends schon Recht kalt war. WLan funktioniert gut und schnell. Deutsche Sender im TV. Ausrichtung des einzigen Fensters ist nach Norden, daher sieht das Zimmer nie Sonne. Was im Sommer ggf. schön sein kann. Im Oktober hätten wir es uns anders gewünscht. Netter Kontakt zu Stella, die Ansprechpartnerin Vorort und zur deutschen Nachbarin. Supermarkt ein paar Meter entfernt, gute Restaurants in der Nähe: Mama Mia und im Ort "Onze" u.v.m. Zum wirklich schönen Ort und Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Strandutensilien, wie Sonnenschirm etc. sind im Apartment vorhanden.
