A shared bathroom with a shower ensures practicality and comfort throughout your stay.The fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with the living area, creating a functional and cozy space to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals.Outside, two shared terraces complement the experience. The lower terrace offers a dining area and lounge space, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation. The upper terrace boasts a beautiful sea view, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets with a drink in hand.Just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the Carvoeiro Boardwalk, this apartment offers the perfect setting to experience the best of the Algarve coast.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.From the 7º to the 8º guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
