We were hesitant to book this home/condo because it had no reviews, but we took a chance and we are so glad we did! It was beautiful inside and out, with a view of the water and multiple outside areas to relax. It also has an upper deck with even more fantastic views of the water and we had wine up there every night. The inside is so tastefully decorated and we enjoyed our time indoors preparing a couple of our meals. If you do plan on cooking there are no supplies of salt, pepper, cooking oils etc., so bring your own. The home is also only a 5 minute walk to almost everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carvoeiro (our favorite of the towns we visited along the coast) and recommend it highly!!

Our first impression was not good, the owner gave us the wrong address, but we sorted it out after angrily knocking on the wrong door, we thought we had been scammed.So we finally got in and turned on the Air conditioners and they had a really bad musty smell, I had to clean the filters and run a clean cycle on the units, that finally worked after a few days.In the kitchen, the ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge did not work, we had to buy ice cube trays to make ice, and of course had to leave them behind when we left.We bought some groceries and started cooking and found the salt and pepper containers were empty, seriously, how much does it cost to leave a little bit of salt and pepper? Anyway, had to buy some, costing about 10 Euros and we took them home with us.Would have been nice to have a washer and dryer.Be advised if you don't have a car and don't like walking up hills, you won't be happy. But after sorting it all out, we had a pleasant stay.
