Welcome to our ideally situated 6-bedroom villa, located within walking distance of Carvoeiro in the beautiful Algarve. This stunning villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and beach, providing you with an unforgettable vacation experience. Restaurants, bars, the town square and the beach are all within 5 minutes walking distance and a short drive from the villa are several excellent golf courses. The boardwalk in Carvoeiro is a short walk from the house, from here you can enjoy the stunning coastline and reach Algar Seco.

Upon entering the villa, you will find yourself on the entrance level, where a luxurious super king size bedroom awaits. This bedroom features a private terrace with mesmerizing views of the sea and beach, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sound of waves. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area on this level seamlessly blend modernity and functionality. From here, step onto the large terrace and external balcony to relish the panoramic sea views while enjoying a delightful BBQ experience. There is a large living area with comfortable seating, smart tv and views to the town and sea cliffs. Lovely property, ideally situated. We had a great stay 6 adults and 6 kids age range 1-12. Just be mindful the property has a lot of stairs. Would recommend.

Overall this house was very nice - it had great views from all balconies/decks, was well-lit, spacious and was in a location very accessible to the town. My only cons were that the house was not immaculate upon arrival - small details but important and noticeable for those who value thorough cleanliness in a stay, there are a lot of stairs and the house is on a hill so you have to climb a hill and then a bunch of stairs (again fine for me but some of our group was older and this was difficult for them), lastly the beds were very uncomfortable so I would take that into consideration when booking.

Perfect modern Villa in great location for large family gathering. Amazing views / terraces from all bedrooms, spotlessly clean. Lots of options in Villa for everyone to have their own private space, and plenty of sun loungers / options to sit all together. Villa has evening sun which was perfect. So easy to have a holiday here without a car. Easy walk to many shops/restaurants/ small supermarkets. Super cheap and plentiful Ubers to larger supermarkets / water park /alternative beaches 10 mins away. All perfect and would recommend to others

A beautiful villa in a wonderful location

The villa was beautiful and well-equipped with really high-spec fixtures and fittings. Located right next to the beach and many bars and restaurants, it was perfect for all three families who stayed here. The pool was lovely - there wasn't much room by the pool for sunbathing but plenty of loungers on each of the three other balconies. When the barbecue ran out of gas, the people from Elite Rentals were extremely helpful and replaced it very quickly. They were always on-hand to help if we needed anything. Nothing!

Fabulous trip to Portugal

The location of the villa is superb, the accommodate lovely and the views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back for sure. There is lack of some of the basics. 2 tea towels for 12 people over 10 days is poor, we had to prompt about a mid stay clean and then we had missing tea towels, missing bath mats. The keys are missing from the bathrooms and there is no lock or bolt on door which is poor. The duvets were dirty and had to be changed - don’t understand why the duvets didn’t have a duvet cover, this is standard for most villas. Shame really as venue is exceptional.
