Casa Catarina, Villa with heated pool

Casa Catarina is a classic appointed three bedroom villa on the prestigious Algarve Clube Atlântico resort in Carvoeiro.

All bedrooms are equipped with individual A/C . Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bath/showerroom . The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The lounge offer a flat-screen TV, high-speed wifi and comfortable soft furnishings.

Downstairs, through the sliding doors the terrace opens to a second covered dining area, which in turn leads directly to the private pool and BBQ area. The pool is equipped with a manual pool cover, underwater lighting and can be heated on request at an extra cost.

Around the house you will find approximately 600m2 of gated garden,
and open parking for up to 1 vehicle.

The communication and check in were excellent. This house is conveniently located. I love hiking the cliff trails along the Algarve and I had a 3 minute walk to get to a spectacular trail. Less than 2 km from the Bengali Cave. A truly beautiful part of the coast. The town of Cavaliero was just a few minutes down the road. The house itself was very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, a large sitting and dining room and a beautiful outdoor space. I loved the rooftop deck and ocean views. I was traveling with my mother but would certainly use this home for a family getaway with children. They would love the pool. Lagos and Albufeira were equal distances away, making it a very convenient place to stay and site see from.
