Comfortable room with ice cold ac. Complicated check in and no TV's.
I spend a night at the Blue Moon Guest House for the first time. . The service was a little different from the usual (I would assume because of Covid). They have a contactless check-in procedure which was nice. Upon arrival a code was sent to your phone to unlock the door, a code to unlock the lockbox containing the key to your room, and a virtual video explaining the whole process during your stay. It is a small and intimate place. The house feels cozy and the room is decorated with a rustic feel. The live music behind the house was a little drawback but not a big deal for me. Overall, very positive experience and and the house feels like home. Good value for the money as well. Would definitely come again.

Our stay in the bungalow was fantastic. This place is across a back yard to the 'Back Porch', and we were able to access the music from our place through a locked gate separating us! House was entirely comfy, clean, convenient to many places even beyond the BMSaloon! Many places to eat in walking distance. Mgt very responsive and friendly for all questions and needs.

Dear Matthew, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations.Unfortunately, we are not a hotel and we don't provide any TVs inside the room. Our guest house is more like Airbnb without breakfast. Also, if you see our listing's description, it says what amenities we provide.Last but not least, I am sorry that your international texting wasn't working, but we sent you several emails regarding the check-in instructions but never heard anything back. Although your international roaming didn't work, we tried to reach you several times and finally helped you. We wish we could do more than that. Thank you for understanding.
