The place is fine. No issues with the house, had the basics, the golf cart was nice and location was very good. The communication is poor by the person managing the property. RUN do not rent. Last minute was told 150 a week for each dog, we had two. After asking why the pool was not heated (had gotten a letter stating it would be heated to 74, was told I did not pay the 150 a day to heat, had never received that information. Was told I filled out the form without the dogs-never had a form, told me it also listed cost of pool. He finally admitted never told me that there was cost to heat the pool, had no intention of heating it in the cold. I was able to swim in the community pool so had some warm days and other pools in area were heated. To top it off we got there and the place was not cleaned-forgot! Had to talk to the person who manages the house through the ring doorbell. Would not let me talk to him on the phone or give me a number in case of an emergency. The VRBO site clearly states that all costs are stated, we did not find this to be the case. Rented this place in particular due to it having a pool, could have saved a lot of money on a different location without a pool.
