Overall the room was great. There was a few stains on the carpet, railing in the bathroom was loose and it was fairly clean. The check in and check out was very quick and easy. The elevator really should be wider to accommodate someone in a wheelchair plus luggage.

AC did not work properly both nights, even though we had told the staff that it wasn’t cooling. We were sweating all night and the first room we got the door handle was broken. TV didn’t work. The second room we got into it smelled was not that clean, and apparently there were people smoking in the hallway and I don’t mean cigarettes.
