Good stay in Lachen

After an initial struggle with the self check in, we received immediate great phone assistance. All smooth, nice stay, very comfortable room and great shower facility. Nice breakfast, very kind staff, … in a few words, we will stay here again soon.

This hotel was nothing like we expected. There was no receptionist. Not a human in sight. It Felt kind of strange. Luckily I had Internet and was able to access my reservation code because the Expedia papers I was holding did not have the right number. The Room was large, very clean and there was the most amazing water pressure. But it was located above a gas station. The car park felt very secure. I wish I had known the set up beforehand. It was a bit disconcerting to arrive. I’m very glad I was with other people and not traveling alone.

Modern und zweckmässig

Das Zimmer war für mich viel zu warm in der Nacht. Wegen Verkehrslärm konnte ich das Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und zweckoptimiert. Frühstück gut und ausreichend Auswahl. TG kostet 9 CHF extra.

Vollautomatisiertes modernes Hotel

Das Hotel ist ohne Rezeption und vollautomatisiert. Da ich einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage brauchte, kontaktierte ich die Rezeption und ich bekam einen Link, mit dem ich direkt per Handy einchecken konnte. Das hat soweit gut geklappt, die Tiefgarage liess sich öffnen, aber von da ins Haus zu kommen, schien mit dem Handy irgendwie nicht möglich. Was immer ich versuchte, die Tür ging nicht auf, also dann aussen rum und beim Haupteingang versucht, dort hat alles geklappt. Es ging dann einen Moment, bis sich die Zimmertür öffnen liess, aber alles in allem hat es funktioniert. Das Zimmer war extrem grosszügig, es war sauber und komfortabel. Frühstück konnte ich aus zeitlichen Gründen leider nicht probieren.

Pas d’accueil, service au petit déjeuner sous haute surveillance, du jamais vu… Quantités limitées, variées absente, et malgré les 2 surveillantes le buffet vide à 7:40 ne dérange visiblement pas. Nous avons dû attendre 8:30 pour avoir un peu de réassort, c’est incroyable. Sinon les petits jeton pour obtenir un boisson par personne étaient sympa. Sur le reste RAS.

Séjour parfait outre le petit déjeuner

La propreté générale, le confort et l'odeur dans la chambre était parfait, le garage en sous sol était correct mais manquait sans doute de place comparé au chambre disponible. Le bémol du séjour, le petit déjeuner, les yaourt et les jus n'était pas frais, il y a seulement un tout petit choix de vienoiserie et de charcuteries. Sinon la reception nous a surpris, après un petit coup de chaud, tout a fonctionné correctement. On garde un bon souvenir. Concernant l'autoroute à proximité, pas de panique les chambres son bien isolés !
