"The building is old, but the lobby was clean. Staff was very friendly. We went to our room. It looked clean. It’s a decent room. We went out for a bit and came back to the room very late. The next morning I went to shower and there was something on the shower curtain that obviously had been there for a while maybe toothpaste, hair cream I don’t know what. There was a dirty face cloth that somebody who was there previous to us had used and hung on the shower rod. I responded to the text number that had welcomed me in the first place to Ramada Inn and told them what the problem was advised them I was going out for the day and would appreciate it getting cleaned while I was away. Again, we returned late. It had not been cleaned. I went down to the front counter and advised the staff of the problem, but it was late and as they hadn’t cleaned it, it was too late to clean it. They apologized for the problem and said they would tell their manager. The next morning when we checked out, we were asked how the day was and I told them what happened. They apologized and said they would talk to their manager. We still were charged full price for the room and I’m very dissatisfied about the room, being not cleaned properly in the bathroom of all things prior to our arrival and after asking them to clean it."
