The only thing i didnt like was all the homeless people down town wandering around. Made us kinda nervous for our car. Other than that the staff were amazing super helpful and hotels.com made a booboo and we got a bigger room.

There was a dirty toilet plunger in the hallway for two nights. The pool was closed and no notice on the reservation. There was multiple smokers just outside the entrance and the smell was throughout the hallway and elevator.

The price was pretty steep for what the room was. Hotels need more options for families of 5 (3 younger kids and we have a fold up cot). It should be our decision if we want a 2 queen bed room or something bigger. Denny’s used to be a great place to dine but the attached Denny’s was a huge disappointment.

The only reason we chose this hotel is because of the pool. When we arrived the hotel was doing construction so it looked like a work zone and the pool was closed. We were really disappointed and would like a partial refund.

This hotel is right downtown, so convenient for food. The price was good and they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. We only stayed one night, but the larger room included a full kitchen. If we had stayed longer it would have been a great way to save on meals. Check in was quick and the woman was very friendly and welcoming.

Expedia wouldn't let us book two different style of rooms so I booked two rooms with two double beds each for our family of 4. I left a note asking for one of them to be a single queen (same price). No reply. When I showed up the guy told us all the rooms had two queen beds, so it didn't matter. Either he didn't know the difference between a double and a queen, or he thought I didn't. When I asked again he said queen rooms were more expensive. Then he said there weren't any available. One of the mattresses was lumpy on one side. Sheets were clean, but vague remnants of past stains. Hallway not cleaned in a while, but room looked clean. Pool was not available, but we were given passes to the rec center a few blocks away. Aircon was kinda loud.
