Not for westerners

Very old hotel, we had no water for showers and toilet for most of the night. Breakfast included turned out to be a cup of coffee. Overpriced for what was provided.

Hotel should be cheaper

I understand there aren't many hotels in Labuan Bajo and it is pricier than other places in Indonesia, however, you can get better hotels for the same price. I think I probably could have stayed for cheaped if I hadnt booked online.

Good hotel for the price

Wanted an inexpensive place walking distance to town. Stayed there as a base to go to Komodo Island. Good location just up the hill from the busier main street. This is an economy hotel but well kept and clean.

In a town with limited accommodation, even more limited in decent accommodation, we were so lucky to find Surya. Good condition (new), clean, good value...

Horrible . Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Sanitaires déplorables..Surface minuscule et sale, tout juste la place pour les wc et la douche vis à vis . Le pire est que que la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas. on nous met à disposition une bassine en plastique et une épuisette.... Pour la chambre je ne peux rien dire du fait que nous y avons pas passé les deux nuits prévues et payées d'avance.Nous sommes partis ilico chercher un autre hôtel.

Pas de chambre disponible malgré réservation

L'hôtel n'avait pas de chambre disponible. Ils ont donné la chambre à quelqu'un d'autre alors qu'ils avaient reçu notre réservation via expédia. Nous sommes arrivés tard. Le contact sur place d'expedia nous a proposé 2 hôtels en remplacements qui étaient insalubres (pas de salle de bain, pas de serviettes, murs moisis et surtout présence de rats), prestations bien en dessous de l'hôtel initial. Nous avons donc cherché un hotel par nous même. Nous demandons à Expedia de nous rembourser le montant versé pour les 2 nuits prévues dans cet hotel. Première expérience avec expédia très négative.

Poor hotel with no wifi

The staff didn't understand a word of English and they don't seem used with people booking by hotels.com because they seemed really confused when I showed my booking. There is no wifi. The toilet can't flush so u have to do it by pouring water from a pot.

Bien placé et bon accueil

Hôtel très bien , accueil très sympa du personnel . Des gens très souriants . Proche de la rue commerçante et des Resto ! Seul bémol nous n'avons Pas eu d eau un matin et les mosquées sont proches on est réveillé a 4 h du mat !
