Unit is equipped with an outdoor security camera located on the backyard patio. The camera is positioned to face away from the house and monitors the exterior patio area only. It does not record any interior spaces. Additionally, a noise monitoring device is installed inside the home. This device is used exclusively to monitor decibel levels that may indicate parties or disturbances. It does not record audio or conversations and is in place to help ensure a safe, respectful, and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

This is a full house. Guests have full privacy and exclusive access to this property.

To comply with legal and security regulations, guests need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, pass through our verification portal, and possibly complete a criminal background check. This information is used solely for screening and verification and is not stored for any other purposes. Guests must sign a rental usage agreement, agreeing to the rental terms, providing a valid ID before check-in, and possibly undergoing a background check if required. Check-in instructions will be provided after successful verification.

Garbage Disposal:

After each cleaning, the trash bins are usually left on the side of the house, as this is the designated area for garbage. This is part of the regular schedule, and bins are collected from there. On Sunday night, guests are kindly asked to bring the bins to the front of the lawn for pickup.
