La Tranche-sur-Mer, Le Phare, a very pretty house with its own private, enclosed garden and parking space. Refined and tasteful decor. Large living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with a 140cm bed. 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets. 1 large covered patio for meals and summer evenings.
Amenities: 1 ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, television.
Location: approximately 350m from the beach, 2000m from the town center for all shops and the market, 2800m from the supermarket.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Optional cleaning upon reservation, subject to availability: €130. Linens and sheets not provided; paid option upon reservation.
Proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra in the off-season.
