Location: house with access by a staircase of 14 steps, on sandy and natural land, on a slope, in the Phare district. 35 m from the access to the Coraux beach (access tranc 13) and 1,100 m from the shops in the city center.
Layout: living room including a living room area, opening onto the terrace, with a TV (TNT-Satellite) and a lounge area. Kitchen area open to the living room and equipped with 1 fridge-freezer, 1 ceramic hob (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90). 1 bathroom (walk-in shower) and 1 separate toilet. Garage converted into a storeroom with washing machine.
