In the town center, 2 km away, you can choose from an abundance of stores and shopping. There you can also taste the regional cuisine in the restaurants and try specialties such as mogette (dried white beans), chouanette (aperitif) and gâche (pastry). Numerous activity options await sporty vacationers: Sailing, gliding, paddling, golf (25 km) and tennis (3 km), as well as beautiful bike rides on a network of bike paths with a total length of 150 km. Holidaymakers interested in history should not miss La Rochelle (60 km).
