This new 56 m² apartment, on the ground floor, with sea view, can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a dressing room, a second bedroom with two 80 cm single beds that can be pushed together and a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. You'll also enjoy a beautiful 16m² terrace with garden furniture and patio furniture, overlooking the residence's garden and facing the swimming pool.
Also available free of charge is a private parking space for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor parking is available.
You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort which will reveal many facets to you. You can discover the marshes, the forest, and its miles of fine sandy beaches... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. There we find the charm of low houses with white walls and red tile roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets which intertwine to finally converge towards the Grande Place in the center of the village.
