- upstairs: two bedrooms with 140x190 bed, a BB bed, and a bathroom with sink, shower and 2nd toilet.
- Outside on garden of 800m2, parking car, Arbor with garden furniture 12 places, 11 sunbathing, garage and 11 bicycles on loan.

A new pool 3. 5 x 7m (small bath and large bath), with salt filtration and heating surrounded by a wooden terrace, as well as a new pergola with summer kitchen.

pleasant villa between Arcachon Bay, Ocean, Lake and Forest. Close to everything on the Bassin d'Arcachon: The Pilat dune, the bird island and its cabins, oyster ports, oysters, arguin bank, beaches loss of view, the forest and its pines, the lake in the heart of the forest, markets, parks ... ect.
You will come for ARCACHON and you will come back for everything that makes the ARCACHON BASSIN spirit.

Conditions:
Deposit of 650 euros requested on arrival.
Optional cleaning fee of 100 euros.
Linen on request optional only: 15 euros per bed per stay
Bath towel + towels + washcloth: 6 euros per person per stay

The villa is overall good. The owner is very reactive to fix issues (ie to replace some oldish bikes).The garden is nice, and the swimming pool appropriate for young children (1.3m depth max).The place is 10 to 15 km to the main beachesA minus is the neighborhood of the military base, which makes some noise when planes take off and land (Monday to Friday)

Grandstand seat for a spectacular show

Property was exactly as stated on the website and was lovely and comfortable with good facilities while our host, Georges, was very helpful and if there was a slight breakdown in communication that was down to me. The pool is small but with a good depth and perfect temperature while the indoor facilities were good though with weather like we had most of your time is spent by the pool if you're not out and about. Biscarosse with its surfing beaches makes a good trip and so do the Dune du Pyla, Arcachon and Cap Ferret while Bordeaux is only an hour's drive and on your doorstep is the Lac de Cazeaux with warm bathing, sandy beaches, pinewoods, bars and restaurants. There is a massive French air base next door but the flying seems tightly controlled and proved great entertainment as we watched from the garden the Dassault Rafale go through its impressive paces as well as practice displays by the French version of the Red Arrows and other display aircraft ahead of a major airshow the day we left.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette semaine de vacances dans cette maison très bien équipé !Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée, le terrain de pétanque, la plancha, la table de ping pong et l’espace extérieur aménagé pour les repas ! Accueil aimable et ponctuel, mais procédure d’entrée/sortie gagnerait à être un peu plus contradictoire : pas d’état des lieux, et compteurs d’eau/électricité relevés par le propriétaire seul. Cela pourrait ne pas convenir à tout le monde et créer un malaise. Maison conforme à la description et très bien entretenue. Cuisine bien équipée. Piscine en très bon état. Le descriptif pourrait être complété par la présence de nombreux vélos et d’un terrain de boules, qui ont été pour notre groupe un vrai plus.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans la maison. Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants. L'espace extérieur est très agréable. Le propriétaire a tout fait pour que nous puissions profiter de la piscine chauffée (pas exposée au soleil l'après-midi en revanche, dommage) et a été très réactif quand la pompe a lâché durant notre séjour. Ce fut très appréciée de tout la famille. Concernant l'intérieur, la maison est propre. Nous n'avions pas vu en revanche que l'électricité et l'eau devait être rajouté en plus du prix donc je l'indique ici afin que vous ne soyez pas surpris si vous louez cette maison. Emplacement sympa, proche des commerces et de la dune du pilat (en vélo à 16 kms par la piste cyclable). D'ailleurs beaucoup de vélos sont dispos dans le garage, c'est top!

Très bon séjour entre amis dans cette propriété

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis dans cette maison. Elle est très bien équipée, les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et des vélos et de nombreux autres équipements de loisir sont à disposition, c'est top. La terrasse à côté de la piscine est parfaite. Seul petit bémol, la localisation: la base militaire aérienne juste à côté est assez bruyante en semaine. De plus, Cazaux est un peu un "cul de sac" : pas mal pour aller vers le nord (bassin d'Arcachon, dune du Pilat) mais un peu moins pratique pour aller vers le sud (rejoindre Biscarrosse par exemple). Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de piste cyclable qui longe le lac. Rien à redire en revanche sur le propriétaire: les explications à notre arrivée on été claires et Jorge reste facilement joignable en cas de besoin.

A FUIR!!!!!

La piscine et la cuisine exterieure sont le point fort de cette maison…. Pour le reste, ce n’est pas du tout en adequation avec le prix! Beaucoup d’equipements sont en fin de vie et bricolés au lieu d’etre remplacés… ne comptez pas non plus sur les 2 derniers couchages du salon! L’accueil par le proprietaire antipathique se resume a la liste (tres longue) des interdictions et des mises en garde, le proprietaire jugeant necessaire de « mettre la pression » a ses clients… vive les vacances dans cet etat d’esprit! Vous decouvrirez par ailleurs au fil de votre sejour des mots de mise en garde affichés partout dans la maison, menaçant votre caution et prenant les gens pour des imbeciles, tellle cette mention « si vous ne savez pas lire, demandez aux autres ». Cerise sur le gateau, en fin de sejour, apres 1 heure d’etat des lieux, le proprietaire vous annonce, a l’encontre du reglement d’Abritel que nous avons appelé avec lui, qu’il ne vous rendra votre caution que sous 48 heures, se laissant ainsi la decision unilaterale de trouver des degats qu’il constaterait apres votre depart et surtout apres l’arrivee des nouveaux locataires…. Autre point sympathique: l’arrosage du jardin et le fonctionnement de la pompe a filtre de la piscine seront a votre charge puisque eau et electricité ne sont pas inclus et payables en supplement a la fin du sejour. Bref, la maison a ete optimisee pour etre rentable par un bon bricoleur mais ce monsieur devrait arreter d’etre hote tant ses clients sont ses plus grands ennemis!!

La maison est agréable, calme et spacieuse. Nous avons passé un superbe week end en famille et avons pu profiter de la table de ping pong, de badminton, des vélos et du barbecue notamment. Maison bien équipée avec jardin, piscine et 11 vélos de toutes tailles, dans un endroit calme sans danger au bout d'une impasse, néanmoins proche de tous les endroits touristiques intéressants : lac de Cazaux pour la tranquillité des petits, océan et dune de Pyla pour les sportifs, baie d'Arcachon pour les gastronomes et touristes, Bordeaux pour la culture...
