Beautiful and charming T4 apartment located on the top floor of a residence, in a neighborhood (eco-district) between La Teste de Buch and Pyla sur Mer, approximately 85 m².
Its living room with its lounge area, TV, WIFI and dining area, opening onto a magnificent wooden terrace of approximately 60 m², to enjoy meals outdoors.
A fully equipped open kitchen with hotplates, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Krups coffee maker. An adjoining pantry with its washing machine.
A first bedroom with a large 140 bed to rest after a day of walking in our beautiful region, accompanied by its closet, with direct access to the terrace. A first bathroom. Le lit de la chambre parentale n'est pas un 160 mais un 140 . L'évacuation de la douche est souvent bouchée. Il manquait un appareil électroménager qui a mis 3 jours à arriver et je me suis déplacé.
