The house is air-conditioned in the summer, gas heating in the winter and a wood-burning fireplace.

Ein wunderbares und perfekt ausgestattetes Objekt mit traumhaftem Garten. Wir fühlten uns bei Helyett und Yannick mehr als Freunde, denn als zahlende Gäste. Eine solche Gastfreundschaft haben wir in einer Fewo noch nicht erlebt. Der Tisch stand für ubs gedeckt bereit, als wir ankamen, mit Baguette und Rotwein. Der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gut bestückt. Sonntags lag für uns das Frühstücksgebäck vor dem Haus bereit. Das hat das weniger gute Wetter mehr als aufgewogen. Danke, Helyett und Yannick!

magnifique sejour merci a monsieur et madame eyquem
coucou avec beaucoup de retard nous tenons a vous remercier pour votre accueil chaleureux ainsi que pour vos cadeaux de bienvenue .Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre demeure très jolie avec tout le confort possible et l’extérieur qui nous a transportés presque sur les iles avec ce très beau jardin et vos terrasses la voiture que nous avons pu ranger dans votre allée.Nos visites de la teste de buch était magnifique avec le port et les magasins prés de la maison.Avons pu revoir Arcachon la dune du pilat et aller chez nos cousins a Quinsac un GRAND MERCI pour votre gentillesse si nous devons retourner dans le secteur hé bien ce sera chez vous (si c'était possible mon frère Gérald aimerait un petit spa pour se détendre comme il a fait chez mes cousins) mais vraiment c'était génial d’être chez vous en plus des étoiles nous vous donnons plein de petits cœurs AMICALEMENT Gérald claude Nicole régine

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la villa rose, malgré un temps mitigé. La maison est très agréable avec son jardin et ses terrasses. Le quartier est très calme et les hôtes sont charmants, disponibles et très prévenants. Le petit plus du séjour les viennoiseries le 1er jour et le dernier jour apporter par Mr Eyquem. Excellent séjour
Accueil exceptionnel avec des propriétaires très attentionnés disponibles et à l'écoute . La maison ARCACHONAISE est très agréable et bénéficie d'une très bonne situation , à proximité du centre ville et du PORT OSTREICOLE . A voir absolument . Les pistes cyclables à proximité , permettent de rejoindre très facilement , ARCACHON et ses belles plages .
