A 110 m² (1,170 sq ft) two-story house with 3 bedrooms, on a 1,000 m² (1,180 sq ft) plot overlooking a very pleasant and relaxing green setting. Very close to the beach and local grocery store.

On the ground floor: entrance hall, laundry room (washing machine), separate equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace (electric oven, induction hob, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), large living room with two bay windows overlooking the terrace and garden (Note: no toilet on the ground floor).
Upstairs (half level): bedroom 1 (two 90 x 190 cm (35 x 75 in) beds), bedroom 2 (one 140 x 190 cm (55 x 75 in) bed), separate toilet, bathroom (bathtub, double sink, heated towel rail), and on the upper half level, bedroom 3 (one 140 x 190 cm (55 x 75 in) bed).
