Elevator doors closed on people and wait time . Rooms didn’t have a refrigerator (a must) cortesee bottle water were not provided (a must) No option to buy at least breakfast as a package

My check in was at 5pm instead of 3pm. No apologies. Air Condition was broken. Hand shower was broken too. Hotel manager should hire more staff for high demand of huésped. I did have many issues I do not recommend it. However were couple of nicest staff such as Margarita and Manuel. Thank you

I liked the buffet at breakfast and friendly staff at kitchen. Nice open spaces in the restaurant

Everything was fine except for the crappy wifi. I used my own hotspot inside the hotel to use my other devices., Now my internet speed was drastically reduced. Some hotels have something like extra charge for a good internet which I'm ok with that.
