Il est au troisième étage et se compose d'une kitchenette équipée, d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible pour 2 personnes, une salle d'eau et un WC.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Proche vieux port, au cœur du centre ville, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs, vue imprenable sur le port et la place de la Motte Rouge.

Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement avec vue sur le port et les tours de La Rochelle. Dommage que le retrait et la remise des clés s’effectuent à 20 min à pied de l’appartement. Même chemin pour obtenir le double des clés le lendemain et les rendre la veille de notre départ.Appartement fonctionnel situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Merci pour le ventilateur

La Rochelle est une ville avec de nombreuses activités

Très belle vue du port de la Rochelle, avec des volets la chaleur serait acceptable, studio néanmoins agréable.
