Charmante maison de vacances

À 20 minutes à pied du centre ville, quartier résidentiel très calme et aucun problème de stationnement La maison est charmante, la terrasse abritée permet de profiter de m extérieur quelque soit la météo Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire Je recommande vivement !

Ce petit gîte type bungalow en bois est agréable pour quelques jours de visite de la très belle ville de La Rochelle. Bien situé par rapport à l'île de Ré. La propriétaire l'a bien équipé et est réactive aux besoins/demandes de ses hôtes.

J’aurais aimé pouvoir faire des retours positifs sur cette location mais je suis désolée beaucoup de choses sont venues gâcher notre week-end. • Loin du centre ville (une bonne 30 minutes à pied et effectivement 8 minutes en vélo • Emplacement : pas terrible • Passage obligé par le garage du propriétaire où celui-ci entrepose vélos, moto car il a transformé celui-ci en bien a loué !! • Odeur de renfermé, d’humidité qui vous saute à la gorge et que vous remportez dans vos bagages et qui ne disparaitra qu’après 2 lessives !!! • Les lits : le notre rien à dire celui de ma fille n’était pas fait. Nous avons trouvé le teeshirt de la personne précédente dans le clic clac, le drap de dessous et la taie d’oreiller marquaient la présence d’un précédent loueur. Le propriétaire a nié les faits mais devant l’odeur de la taie d’oreiller il a fini par dire qu’il ne comprenait ce qui s’était passé !!! • Bref, je continue frigidaire moisi (photo à l’appui), toilette moyennement propre (présence d’auréole jaune à l’intérieur photo à l’appui), dans le grille il restait encore le pain grillé du précédent locataire, toiles d’araignées présente dans les coins, insectes écrasés au plafond (elle a dit que cela ne partait pas) Mais sachez que ce n’est pas elle qui est en cause mais vous qui sommes exigeants !! Désolée mais lorsque l’on met à disposition un bien à louer il y a quand même un minimum à respecter !!! Incroyable !! Je préviens à vous de juger !!
