Cozy hotel.

We were very lucky with the wheather. It was amazing in middle of october. Area was quite which was good for us with the baby. Food were amazing. People not really like to use english but we sorted☺ this area perfect who wants a relaxing weekend.

Very nice quaint hotel near centre of port

Staff very helpful and contributed to a very enjoyable stay. On the down side the wooden floors in rooms made it fairly noisy and it would have been nice to have a view rather than a window which opened to a wall with noisy water waste pipes. The price however was very good so overall a good experience.

welcoming and clean

Amazingly welcoming, with a great location close to the bars and cafes and the port, but in a nice mellow area, breakfast was a little bit of let down for the price. Great WIFI, comfy beds what more could you expect for the price.

Nice location on the edge of the old center, near a large parking facility. Nice and friendly staff, good sized rooms. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast, it was pretty expensive for the quality of the food.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter La Rochelle. Chambre très petite mais propre et salle de bain minuscule avec problème d’eau chaude qui met très longtemps avant d’arriver. Nous étions au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ce qui n’est pas très pratique.

Hôtel zéro service clientèle zéro

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant le week-end de Pâques. Nous avions réservé pour 1 chambre avec deux lits jumeaux après avoir lu les commentaires . A notre arrivée on nous explique qu’il n n’avait plus de chambres à 2 lits sauf pour une à côté de la réception avec un lit double et un lit d’ enfant. Il ne fallait pas être claustro pour dormir dans cette chambre car très sombre et avec un seul petit lucarne donnant sur un cour. Nous avons donc opté pour celle au deuxième avec un seul lit . Nous faisons plus d’1m85 chacun donc très très serré pour nous mais pour une nuit on se disait qu’on allait faire avec. L’hôtel est très mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins de tous les côtés et donc aucune intimité. La salle de bains n’était pas plus grande qu’un placard à balais et il n y avait qu’une seule prise électrique pour toute la chambre. Après cette nuit nous sommes descendus pour faire le check-out à la réception. Juste devant nous une jeune femme avec ses deux enfants se faisait remonter les bretelles de façon très agressive par ce qui nous avons supposé être la patronne de l’établissement parce que la dame avait réservé sur un site de réservation en ligne qui ne plaisait pas à la patronne car cela lui coûtait trop chère en commission et ce que lui obligeait de monter ces tarifs.Après, ça à été notre tour.La patronne de l’établissement s’en prend à nous en nous disant « à oui vous ! j’ai lu vos commentaires sur le cité de réservation,je vous répondrai après»
