Studio with independent access located on the ground floor comprising an entrance, a bathroom (shower), separate WC, a living room-kitchen (combined microwave oven) with 1 double bed 140x190 cm opening onto a closed terrace . TV with free Molotov / Disney / Netflix apps. Private parking in the fenced property. Possibility to store bicycles in the shed in common with the owner. Former personal workshop of the owner's grandfather, converted into 2 adjoining gites, attached to the main house. Residential area on the heights of Chambéry (line 4 of the Chambéry urban network stop 100 m away). Studio pleasantly arranged and equipped for 2 people with all-inclusive services. Terrace in an enclosed courtyard, with table and deck chairs, facing south.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
