The kitchenette is fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, as well as dishes and silverware. Open french doors to a private patio overlooking the beautiful community grounds. The bedroom has a king bed with a cozy fireplace and plenty of closet space. There is a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and large soaking tub. The property is located in one of the most quiet and tranquil locations in Legacy villas, just steps to the adults only lap pool. No second story neighbors!

There are 2 community gas grills near the main clubhouse area for guest use.
