Each of the four bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Three bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, while the fourth is upstairs with its own secondary living area and a private balcony with cozy seating. The main living area boasts 20-foot ceilings, filling the space with natural light, and includes a spacious dining area, a chef-inspired kitchen with dual ovens, an oversized island, and a fully equipped selection of small appliances.

Outdoors
Step outside to your private backyard oasis: a fully enclosed area complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and a luxurious baja shelf for those perfect desert days. Relax on the sun loungers or gather around the outdoor BBQ and bar seating area, situated beside a gas fire pit for evening ambiance. With an outdoor TV, comfy seating, and hanging egg chairs, the backyard space is designed for pure relaxation and entertainment.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: November–March: $75/night and April, May, October: $50/night. Heat is not needed in other months not listed.

For stays under 5 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—unfortunately we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
