The space:
Enter the private courtyard where you'll find beautiful desert landscaping and a newly renovated pool with panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Plenty of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy morning coffee, admire the desert beauty, watch the gorgeous sunset in the evening, or stargaze at night. Upon entering the house you'll find a Spanish/boho themed interior, clean welcoming bedrooms and bathrooms, bar area, kitchen, and dinning area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher). Dinnerware, glassware, utensils, and smaller appliances such as toaster, blender, and cookware are provided. Nesspresso machine and pods, as well as a drip coffee maker are available for guests to enjoy. Bar area is equipped with a cocktail shaker and tool set. Bar area has countertop for additional barstool seating.

Guests have access to the entire property including large two car garage.

Other things to note:
The city of La Quinta has a no noise ordinance from 10pm-7am.
The city is very strict on this policy and may issue fines of up to $1,000 without warning. Violations will be the guest's responsibility.

Pool:
There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. The pool is on the shallow side (3ft to about 5ft), no diving or jumping allowed. Pool heater will be an additional charge of $75 per day.

Cameras:
We have ring cameras overlooking the driveway, front gate, side of house, back of house.

Keyless entry. Tenants will be given the codes to enter the front courtyard gate and home.

Security:
ADT home security. Tenants have access to guest code if they wish to use alarm system during their stay.
