We came with family for the PNB tennis tournament. The house was great everyone got a comfy bed, the house layout worked well. The hot tub heats up quickly and there were clear instructions on how to heat it along with the saltwater pool my grandsons enjoyed. Kitchen was fairly well prepared and clean had everything we needed. Few suggestions: coffee filters that fit the coffee pot, Kleenex in bathrooms and a few less pillows on the couch. The living area furniture was fine but could use an update with a more comfortable couch and another chair. And sure the hot water heater is turned to hot and not o. Vacation mode. Overall loved the house and would definitely come back again ! Perfect location for tennis gardens and bike path. Thank you

Excellent VRBO

The House was as describe in the add. Very clean, plenty of towels and beds had good quality linens on them. We did not use the pool but it was clean, hot tub was clean and worked well. house was approximately 1 block off of a throughfare street so access in and out was easy. We were there to play golf so access was important. Manager was very accommodating making sure we got in and settled ok. Also his directions on operating the equipment was above any others I have stayed at. Excellent VRBO, I would recommend this property.

This was one of the worse houses we have ever stayed on vacation.

We had did a Early check-in, we payed extra for that. The pool was filthy. They send someone to clean it and the pool guy said no one can use it till the next day. So our early check in went to waste and so did our whole day. The house was filthy dirt everywhere. Under the beds there was dust and cockroaches. Dishwasher was not working and smelled so bad!! I would not recommend to stay in this house. Having very bad allergies this was not ideal. We did try to get somewhere else to stay but nothing was nothing Available since it was very short notice . The owner and the property management people were terrible at communicating be delayed all communication when we needed help with their terrible property.

Decent stay, not great.

The house size was what we needed to accommodate 11 people. The backyard was a good size and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition. Here's why I'm only giving it 3 stars: 1. I requested an early check-in which I was able to get with an extra fee of $99. My early check-in time was at 11AM. I got there around 10:50AM. An access code wasn't given to me so I contacted the property manager to provide it. He didn't answer his phone for almost an hour so I was waiting outside the whole time. 2. The dishwasher doesn't work. It seems to be broken with the cycling piece not functioning properly. 3. The grill didn't work. I texted the manager about it and he said he would send someone the next day, which is inconvenient because we basically lost a whole night of grilling. 4. The jacuzzi doesn't stay warm for more than 15 minutes. The ipad to access the spa controls is very basic so there's not much you can do to find out how to keep it warm. 5. After two people showered before me, I went in and the water was freezing cold. It didn't get hot no matter how long we ran the water for. If you just need somewhere to sleep with good space this is a good option. But if you want to put the house to use, I suggest staying somewhere else.

Five stars!

Had an amazing stay, house was big and clean pool and hot tub were amazing and the back yard was roomy for all my friends. Will definitely be back. Communication with Alex was great!
