Morning in the desert has its own quiet energy - light shifts across the mountains, the air is cool and still, and there`s nowhere you need to be just yet. By evening, the fire pit draws everyone outside, where conversation flows easy and the sky overhead is wide open. This La Quinta home inside PGA West is built for exactly that kind of pace: unhurried, easy, and full of room to spread out.


Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and a flexible office space. The main-floor master suite features a king size mattress, a 65` smart TV, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a king size mattress and a 55` smart TV, with access to a shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 offers a queen size mattress and a 32` smart TV, also with access to the shared bathroom. The office/laundry room adds a twin size daybed with a twin trundle - useful extra sleeping space for smaller guests - along with a dedicated workspace.


Living spaces
Downstairs, a large leather sectional faces an 85` smart TV with cable - a solid setup for movie nights or lazy afternoons. Head upstairs and you`ll find the loft/game room: a foosball table, counter-height seating, a wet bar, and a 65` smart TV with cable. Smart LED lighting lets you shift the mood from energized to relaxed with ease.


Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, a large quartz island with seating for four, and everything you need to cook properly. A dining table for six gives the group a real place to sit down together. A Keurig coffee machine and coffee are on hand for easy mornings, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking basics, a blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, toaster, and barbecue utensils.


Outdoor living
The private, fully fenced backyard is one of the home`s best features. A gas BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor furniture make it easy to spend hours outside without going anywhere. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool and shared hot tub - both available all year, during set hours.


Bathrooms
The master en-suite includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The shared bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3 with a shower/tub combo. The home has 2.5 bathrooms in total. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer are all provided.


Essentials & extras
Wifi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace keep you connected if you need to work. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans handle the climate indoors. A free washer and dryer are in-unit. A crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib are available upon request. Free garage parking for 2 vehicles plus free street parking, and an EV charger on the property. Exterior security cameras are in place, including a front door Ring camera above the garage.


Location
PGA West puts you right in the heart of La Quinta`s golf and resort community. The Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach - are less than 4 miles away. Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Old Town La Quinta are just minutes from the door, with Palm Springs and the wider Coachella Valley easily within reach for a day trip.


Good to know
The home features self check-in via a smart lock - a unique code is issued for each reservation, changing automatically between stays. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Exterior Ring cameras are installed for security - above the garage, near the sliding door, and at the front door.
Cleaning is carried out at the end of your stay. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee.
We recommend against shipping packages directly to the home, as we are unable to take responsibility for deliveries.
There is no indoor/outdoor music system - we recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an added fee. Please note, no cats are permitted as guests. However, the owners` cat does occasionally visit the property - if anyone in your group has cat allergies, this home may not be suitable.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
