Stunning Home - PGA West Nicklaus Course On 17th Hole
This private and spacious one-level home is in PGA West which is a golfer's dream community (also gated and secured). It has beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the Nicklaus golf course.

There is a spacious living room, three bedrooms all with there own ensuite bathroom.
Outdoor features include a heated pool and spa along with plenty of lounge chairs and a patio table with six chairs, built-in fireplace and a gas barbecue.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Beautiful home

First the positives. The home and neighborhood are beautiful. All the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. We were three couples so we loved the 3 king suites. We also had someone with allergies so we appreciated no pets policy.
