Hacienda Bugambilias is a beautiful place! The AC worked perfectly. The staff was super pleasant and accommodating. The place was clean at all times. The restaurant has excellent food, readonably priced. The parking is ample, even for buses, and there is security. This is our 3rd time to stay there, and we'll stay there again.

Pool was very nice, AC no issues. The staff in the front desk were really good. Melissa was good in the morning and Diana in the evening she was excellent.!
