We had an incredible stay! The house is spacious, clean, and we'll cared for. All of the beds were comfortable and it was picture perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we have another family vacation in the San Diego area.

Home was in an amazing area with TONS of space to spread out in a quiet area with beautiful views. The house had plenty of parking and was very clean.

Lovely house in a great location!

Our family vacation was amazing! Evan was friendly and helpful, and his property was perfect for our large group. Excellent location, close to grocery stores, Starbucks, and downtown SD. House was clean, well stocked with the essentials, and the beds were very comfy! Would stay again.

Great house and location

We stayed for a family wedding and everything was great! The house was very clean and met all of our family needs. It’s perfect location off the freeways and everywhere we went was within a 20 minute drive. We would highly recommend this house again!

Large 5 bedroom home worked perfectly

We were in town for a family gathering. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen was spacious and 3 1/2 baths worked for our large group. The best feature is the 3 spacious lounge/common areas providing opportunities for relaxation and conversation.

Good News

We really enjoyed this property. Our ages are 1 year old up to Pops who is 72. The fully fenced backyard was a great place for adults to relax and watch the kids play. We all agreed that this was a great place to stay.

Huge house and very comfortable

Our stay here was great! The house was huge! We had 10 people in our group and there was plenty of room to spread out. Evan was very communicative throughout our stay and quickly answered any questions. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well furnished. We stayed here while visiting LegoLand, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo, all of which were easy to get to from the house.

Lots of room in this very big house. - Perfect for large families. We were 6 adults (2 elderly) and there were more beds to spare and lots of room. 10 people could easily be comfortable here, maybe more. - There are stairs but not a lot and not steep and long, so our older folks were fine. And besides the top bedroom (with a bath and 2 big beds which would be great for a family of 4 with 2 small kids that sleep in beds), you don't have far to go to get around even though the house is big.- Very clean.- Great kitchen for a rental; had spices and pots and pans. Usable and useful. - Big, nice TVs in various nice sitting areas (and at least one of the bedrooms, maybe 2...) for when you don't want to be with your in-laws. :-0 - Lots of parking, on the street in the driveway and in the garage (though we didn't use that.) - AC throughout which will be important on hot summer days as this area of SD can bake in the sun.- The property manager (or perhaps owners, whoever is managing the rental) is great -- super communicative, very accommodating. A few nitpicks:- The house feels very much like a rental property with not a lot of personality. No plants. It's a little staid. We got used to it but it's not comfy/cozy if that's your thing. - It's up a hill. You can walk around the neighborhood, and get to it by car easily, but you aren't walking to shops.- The backyard has fake grass and no plants, so not very warm and inviting.

Lovely Home

This was a lovely home! We stayed here while we were in town to celebrate a family member's wedding. There were plenty of rooms for all 8 of us. My kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. The house was clean, which is always very important to me. The decor was minimal and pleasant. There was plenty of room to hang our clothes, especially important since we had nice suits and dresses for the wedding. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including soap and toilet paper. This is not typical of most VRBOs I have stayed in, and it was so nice to not have to pack or buy these everyday essentials. Evan was the best host I have encountered. He responded to messages quickly. Everything in the home was organized and easy to find, including the wi-fi password. He even had a book with the house rules and lots of suggestions of places to go while in town. My only regret about this house was it was a bit far from my family member's house in San Diego (about 30 minutes) and the wedding venue in La Jolla (also about 30 minutes). I didn't realize that when I booked. But we made it work, and I am happy we stayed here. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the San Diego area!
