Host did not send all the directions to the house . They stopped in town so we had to call himm He sent a friend to get us in but he had overbooked our apt. The current people did not leave til the following day so he gave us another much smaller unit with a queen bed and an old uncomfortable fold out bed. The view was spectacular but since we needed 2 decent beds I spent a very uncomfortable night on the fold out. The larger apt did not get cleaned untill after we moved in and not fully then.He didnt give us the door code tol the day before we left so we couldn't lock up and he didnt respond to messages in a timely manner. Fortunately the other vacationers in the bldg were very nice and we enjoyed their company but not being made aware of the overbooking beforehand was not acceptable and very time consuming.
