THE most beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed in. We were welcomed in person and shown all the amenities. Even more beautiful in person than the astounding pictures. The linens were plush and kitchen functional with a view to die for.

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The view from the outside deck is postcard perfect, sitting outside and enjoying the sea breeze was one of our favorite activities. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and there are restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. It was a little warm a couple of the days we were there so the portable fans in the house came in very handy. Everyone had a great time and we plan on returning next year.

The deck overlooking the ocean is incredible. There's no better view in La Jolla. We didn't go out to eat once because there was no better view to eat at then right on the deck. Property clean. Wonderful neighborhood. Drive into the city of La Jolla's only five minutes. I can't say enough good things about the property.

Incredible location to celebrate the 4th of July!

The property and location were great! Close enough to shops, restaurants, and beaches, without all the traffic, noise, and chaos of being in the San Diego area for a major summer holiday. Everything in the house was comfortable and the balcony is absolutely magical. Views of animals, surfers and fireworks kept us entertained everytime we were on the balcony. Our poodles enjoyed having a backyard full of grass, too. I would definitely recommend this place to people who want a relaxing and convenient vacation.

Outstanding Location!

From arrival to departure our stay was amazing. The home was perfect for us and the views and location to shops, coffee, yoga and beach was great. The host was great too - very accessible and even helped us to extend our stay for one more night. We will definitely be back!

My husband, myself and our small dog really enjoyed our relaxing visit to this spectacular property. The surrounding area of Bird Rock is really fantastic. Anyone looking for a high end relaxing vacation with amazing views will be very happy at this property.

Exceptional Property

Our family stayed for a long weekend and we all agreed that the home was perfect and the ocean views were exceptional. Every afternoon we would sit on the patio and the adults would have happy hour and our 2 grandkids would play and our dog would lay out soaking up the sun. It was an enclosed patio so no worries about the kids or dog wondering away. We would highly recommend this property and the management was great to work with.

Gorgeous La Jolla home!

We came here with our two teenage daughters and it was perfect. The outside patio is like a dream. The location is in a cute quiet neighborhood that is walkable to coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants. La Jolla cove and shores were a quick uber. Check in was a little confusing but the property manager was always in contact. Highly recommend!

AMAZING Ocean Views and Restful Stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is nicely decorated and features a HUGE couch in the family room which amply seated our family. The massive deck provided hours of relaxation, sunset watching, surfer spotting and pelican presentations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and found the location perfectly positioned for a quick drive into shopping in LaJolla, time at SeaWorld and the SD Zoo, as well as convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. This home is uniquely positioned on the point of the peninsula so you really don't see other homes/neighbors beside you. You feel very private and secluded. Even the way the home is designed with the front yard and garage allow for you to be far from the street and whatever is going on there. We loved being able to walk out onto the rock, watch planes, helicopters, pelicans, seagulls and even a few sea lions make their way to Bird Rock. The home is nicely equipped. No need for AC since opening the windows allows for ample air and breezes. The windows are covered in sheers making the home light and bright and truly a seaside retreat. The bathrooms are nicely done and spa like. We ate most meals in and enjoyed them at the large dining room table. We would consider another stay here in the future.

Cozy Christmas at Bird Rock

We had a wonderful stay in Bird Rock. The views are amazing and the outside space was perfect for our family. The location is so perfect: coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars within walking distance. Beds were comfy, linens were plentiful, candles and blankets made it extra cozy by the fire. We LOVED this place!

Exceeded expectations… Beginning with management of the property. Alessandro was my contact person who reached out prior to my arrival. he was very professional and detailed oriented in leaving explicit directions on the procedures of entering the property. He could not have been helpful from check in to check out. The property was tastefully decorated & the view was incredible… The beds and linens were perfect & kitchen stocked with the essentials. Location was walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shopping. I am an interior designer, and I must say I’m very picky about where I stay. My guest and I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you kindly for offering just what a gal needed to relax & recharge. Blessings..
