Haven of peace located in La Flotte en Ré close to the sea and shops, the VILLA Chamade is a typical house of the Ile de Ré, bright and comfortable. You will appreciate its equipment and quality decoration. A stone's throw from the heart of La Flotte en Ré, this house is ideally situated.



Fully equipped, this 140m² house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people (maximum 6 adults). You will be charmed by its large, welcoming terrace (perfectly enclosed) with no overlooking neighbours, featuring a heated swimming pool (equipped with a safety cover). You will have at your disposal a plancha, sun loungers and garden furniture. You can park your vehicle in a private car park and your bikes in an external courtyard. This house offers excellent amenities; you will find, for example, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a hairdryer... As for the independent kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and Nespresso… Two beautiful shower rooms are available in the accommodation.

Had to pay EXTRA for sheets and towels which was NOT mentioned. Paid and extra 100 Euros. Swimming pool was NOT heated due to a technical issue. Wifi WAS NOT available to the Main area of the house, hence NO TV. Otherwise the property was as described.
