The building is new and its construction is designed to integrate with nature. It has a fully equipped gym, as well as 3 swimming pools, two of them facing the sea and another on the top floor so the views you will have will be spectacular. It will also have a business center in case you need to have a work meeting. Soon it will have two spa cabins.
The surrounding atmosphere has a very Mexican flavor. The vegetation in the area is privileged so it will be a gift to the 360 degree view.
The apartment has two small terraces. A space outside the main bedroom and another slightly larger one next to the living room so you can have an even larger space. Going out to have a coffee or a good wine on the terrace will be a gift that you cannot despise.
Zantamar is located in the La Manzanilla Beach area. In the area you can find restaurants on the beach with delicious seafood, music and a good atmosphere to spend a day on the beach. It is also surrounded by virgin beaches where you can surf or quieter beaches to swim and spend the day contemplating.
In the apartment you will find chairs and an umbrella to go to the beach of your choice.

The apartment is in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a Mexican fishing town located in Banderas Bay of the Pacific Ocean in the state of Nayarit. It is located approximately 25 km from Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. The name of the town comes from a cross made of Huanacaxtle wood that is located at the entrance of the town.
The town is located between Bucerías and Punta Mita, an excellent option in the Riviera Nayarit for active and adventurous travelers who like to explore new places, new beaches and new environments. If you arrive by car from Guadalajara, it is 15 minutes from the entrance past the last booth.
Today it is one of the fastest growing places in the Riviera Nayarita.
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle offers a wide range of cuisine as well as activities such as fishing, boat rides and, in high season, going to see humpback whales.
Also don't forget to visit the famous "Market of the Sea" of La Cruz. There you can buy any seafood product. Fishermen arrive daily with the day's catch.
In case you don't come by car, t is preferably recommended to rent a car since the area has beautiful beaches nearby. There is also the option of taking public transportation a 3-minute walk away. It is also possible to order a taxi or an Uber.

Lovely condo in charming Mexican Viklage
Beautiful condo, wonderful view from the balcony. Nicely furnished and equipped. Loved the washer and dryer. About a 3 block walk to town but it is a dusty road and dark at night. The only thing I would change is that it would be really nice if they fixed the street light on the lane back to the condo from Coral.
