Bienvenue à la villa "Les voiles"! Presqu'île de Saint-Tropez, proche de la pinède du cap Lardier. Villa de vacances familiale, confortable, entièrement rénovée (2020-2022) avec piscine vue mer. Elle se situe idéalement dans une impasse calme, à 5 mn à pied (accès facile) des plages de Gigaro et Héraclée , des petits commerces et restaurants.

Notre maison s'ouvre sur un rez-de-chaussée avec séjour traversant avec baie vitrée et cuisine ouverte, accès direct sur la terrasse et la piscine vue mer (accès sécurisé pour les enfants) où vous pourrez profiter du jardin arboré et des différentes terrasses (ombrage sous voiles d'ombres). Chambres climatisées et spacieuses avec salle de bain.

Rez-de-chaussée: Une chambre parentale avec douche à l'italienne et WC.

Une dépendance avec accès terrasse : une chambre lit double ou lits simples, une salle de bain et WC ainsi qu'une chambre lit gigogne avec rangements.

We had a lovely time at the villa; Fatima was brilliant and very helpful, especially when the the electric gate would not open any longer due to the overnight storm having disrupted the electricity supply, she arrived promptly and sorted out the issue.

Wij hebben genoten van het prachtige huis, dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De keuken is meer dan volledig uitgerust, van borden en bestek tot glazen alles is voorhanden voor 12 personen. Tijdens ons verblijf van 3 weken is er niets wat we gemist hebben. Het begon eigenlijk allemaal al bij de ontvangst door Fatima, ontzettend hartelijk en ze heeft ons alles uitgelegd over het huis en de werking daar waar nodig. Bij vragen reageerde Fatima altijd heel vlot en accuraat. Al met al komen we de komende jaren graag terug naar dit schitterende vakantie huis op 5 minuten van zee.

Traumhafter Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur!

Wir hatten mit 12 Persoenen (3 Familien mit insgesamt 6 Kindern) eine tolle Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa. Der Pool, die Aussicht und die toll angelegten Terrassen mit Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten waren perfekt, das Haus ist super ausgestattet.

sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und 1 Hund in dem Haus. Das Haus war sehr schön mit komplett eingerichteter und ausgestatteter Küche. Alles neu renoviert und sauber mit neuen Bädern für jedes Schlafzimmer. Große, offene und moderne Küche. Schöner Pool, der mehrmals während dem Aufenthalt von Poolservice gereinigt und geprüft wurde. Verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten auf verschieden Ebenen, darunter eine schöne Lounge und eine auch zum Essen ausreichend grosse Sitzgelegenheit am Pool mit Meerblick. Die Eigentümer waren bei Rückfragen jederzeit schnell erreichbar und haben sich gekümmert. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

What a wunderfull house...

We where 12 persons (3 families with kids) renting this house for a week in July, and we enjoyed the house so much. From check in (Fatima was responsible) everything was just easy. The house is so nice and clean and has a lot of really nice details. Each room has ensuite bathroom all different and with a nice design. The pool and the outdoor area including the lounge is very cool and we spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the pool. We had some issues but both Fatima and Charles-Henri was very fast and replied right away and did all they could to fix the issues as fast a possible. Would defiantly recommend this house for families looking for a great spot in south France, and hopefully we will come back very soon.
