The villa is always quiet, whatever the season.

Its equipment is of very high quality and complete. All rooms are air-conditioned. It has many spaces that allow everyone to keep their privacy and then find themselves in the living room which opens onto a large covered terrace with lounge area.
The Pool house near the swimming pool and the petanque ground with its plancha is an idyllic place to meet and spend a moment of relaxation.

Our stay was amazing! If you can believe it, the villa is much prettier in person than the pictures show. We were 9 adults and two children. Everyone loved the grounds and the beautiful pool area. The rooms are spacious and the house is well equipped. The air conditioner is very confortable and the kitchen has everything you need.The house is close to the beach (short walk) and a 5-10 minute drive to the town. La Croix Valmer is charming and exactly what you hope for in a small French provincial town. About 20 minutes from all the sights near St Tropez. We loved being in the mountains and away from all the hustle of downtown St Tropez. Charming towns and excellent restaurants within a short drive.We have been to the area a few times and this is easily the best villa that we have stayed in. Overall superb!

Dubious pool and intermittent wifi

Nice villa, unfortunately with poor access from the upstairs kitchen/lounge area to the pool which is either down a hazardous exterior garden stairway or someone’s bedroom on the lower floor. The pool was over treated for our stay and bleached everyone’s swimwear into a yellow or melted state. Pool also bleached the pool paraphernalia (see pictures). WiFi was intermittent at best (do not come here if you need WiFi) The parking is on a dangerous hill which once parked, leaves you to exit the car onto an uneven hill. (You can park exterior to villa grounds on road side) The kitchen pan cookware is cheap and burns everything. Little improvements to be made here to make it right. Wasp nest at main gates was a problem at poolside but this has now been reported.

Wunderschönes modernes Haus mit einem auch in der Realität so unglaublich schönen Ausblick, der so zentral im Haus ist, dass man ihn auch wirklich viel genießen kann. Das Haus ist extrem nett gemanagt, kein Wunsch blieb offen, wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, vielen Dank! Auch in großer Gruppe ist genug Platz, die Küchenausstattung ist fantastisch (viele, auch sehr große Töpfe, Passiermühle, Austernmesser nur als Beispiele), es gibt sogar 2 Waschmaschinen mit Trockner, Spiele für die Kinder. Die in der letzten Bewertung angesprochenen Treppe ist dann ein Problem, falls jemand ein Problem hat, selbständig ohne Halt zu gehen - aber das gilt für so ziemlich jedes Haus in La Croix Valmer mit seiner Hanglage. Gerne wieder, es war ganz wunderbar!
