Wir haben uns mit Familie sehr wohlgefühlt! Ein Kritikpunkt ist die Ein-/Austiegshilfe ( Handlauf) am Pool. Eine Hälfte fehlte komplett und die andere Hälfte war bedenklich lose. Wirkt gefährlich! 2. Kritkpunkt: Sauberkeit unter den Betten war nicht gegeben!

Excellent week-end prolongé

Ce lieu de vacances est incroyable: au calme, il offre tout le confort attendu. Les literies sont merveilleuses, (très rares dans les locations), la cuisine est équipée avec tout comme à la maison (et quand on aime cuisiner, c'est une sacrée surprise de trouver autant d'équipements de grande qualité), la déco est magnifique, la piscine est chauffée ce qui permet d'en profiter même par 18°, le babyfoot contribue à la convivialité, le patio avec la plancha et le barbecue permettent de goûter aux plaisirs de la cuisine en extérieur. Bref, ce lieu est un enchantement qui permet de vivre une parenthèse de bonheur!

Très belle maison mais...

A l'arrivée : pas d'accueil. La personne chargée de nous accueillir seulement disponible de 14h30 à 16h30, donc récupération des clés dans une boîte à son domicile. Pareil pour le départ, elle fixe son heure. En l'occurrence 10h30 trop tard pour nous. (Donc pas d'état des lieux). La maison est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée avec un matériel de bonne qualité. Toutefois, un manque d'entretien courant est à déplorer (carrelage au sol encrassé, filtres sèche linge non nettoyés, couette tachée...) L'extérieur est très agréable, ensoleillé. Mais manque d'entretien de la piscine, niveau d'eau au plus bas, rideau de protection cassé, robot de nettoyage hors service, rampe d'échelle cassée et celle qui subsiste très branlante. Peut-être la fin de saison est elle la cause de ces désagréments. Dommage, pour le prix on aurait pu s'attendre à un meilleur service. J'espère que les propriétaires, très sympathiques au demeurant, vont faire le nécessaire pour que la maison soit louée dans de meilleures conditions.

Tres agreable sejour dans cette bien jolie villa decoree avec gout.

Tres agreable sejour dans cette bien jolie villa decoree avec gout. Cuisine tres bien equipee. Les enfants ont adore le babyfoot :) et la piscine bien entendu ! Tout pret de la plage, mais la route a traverser. Dommage que ce soit un peu eloigne du centre village.

Womderful house for larger groups

We were very happy with our stay. The house is the perfect option for larger groups. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, a nice surprise when you get there. Everything is well thought of. Well-equipped kitchen, several bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious carport and of course the heated pool (great for cooler days). The location is optimal, in the middle of the island, everything can be reached easily. Make sure you rent some bikes and take a tour throughs the „Marais“ to places like Trousse-Chemise or La Flotte.

Jolie location

La maison est un havre de paix. La décoration est faite avec goût et tout est pensé comme si vous étiez à la maison. La piscine est chauffée nous en avons donc profité un maximum à différents moments de la journée. Petit bémol, les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de la location.

Superbe maison avec tout le confort et matériel nécessaire. Très bien située en face de la plage.

Nous étions 8 amis à passer la fin de l’année sur l’île de Ré et avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de cette maison joliment décorée et très biens située. Une petite remarque concernant la capacité des ballons d’eau chaude trop faible pour accueillir 8 à 10 personnes. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d’apprécier notre séjour.

Wunderschönes modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir bedanken uns bei Alexandre & Chrystel für dieses wunderschöne moderne Haus in wirklich ruhiger Lage mit nur ein paar Schritten zum Strand. Das Haus hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der temperierte Pool, das Grundstück ohne Einsicht der Nachbarn, der angenehm kühle Grillplatz, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Vieles mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus wieder mieten - dann mit der ganzen Familie. Das Gastgeschenk von der Ile de Ré als Begrüßung für uns hat uns sehr gefreut und die wirklich aufmerksame Concierge.
