House located in La Couarde-sur-mer, 2 steps from the beach of Peu Ragot (the street to cross!), and therefore close to the market, Carrefour Market and not far from the center.

The house is new and has just been renovated. This is our main residence, so it is fully equipped and comfortable!

It is 130m² livable on 2 levels, consists of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.

You enter through a courtyard with playground to store your bikes and your beach equipment back from your walks

A large living room awaits you which opens with large windows on a garden with 2 wooden terraces and pergolas. Ideal to enjoy the beautiful days and long summer evenings. 5
The vacation home features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
