The property is to be found down a quiet country lane. It is surrounded by a large garden which backs on to open countryside. The ground floor has an open plan layout with lounge area with exposed stone feature wall and wood burning stove and fitted kitchen/dining area. On the upper floor there are 2 large bedrooms and a small single room all of which offer views out over the garden and surrounding countryside. The local area boasts many historical towns and cities, the closest being Guingamp, Morlaix and Carhaix Plouguer. Callac is the nearest town to the property (15 minute drive), which has all the amenities needed eg supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, vets. The North Brittany coast is a 30 minutes drive and boasts many picturesque beaches and coves, it is slightly further to the south and west coast beaches but they are well worth a visit. The roads are quiet and ideal for cycling, there is a large network of both road and mountain bike rides/trails in the area. There are also lots of well signed walks locally.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
