Ground-floor : rustic living-room with fitted kitchen corner, lounge situated in a conservatory of 36 sq m. 1st floor : 1 dble bedroom separated by a curtain with 1 king size bed and lounge and in the other part 2 sgle beds and an office. Bathroom (shower) + wc. Wooded cot and highchair at disposal. Wi-Fi access. Wood supplied. DVD. Lovely gite in an ancient mill situated on a 1 ha property, facing a pond. From the conservatory, view over the pond (fishing possible). 3 km away from Belle Isle en Terre, 20 km away from Guingamp, its old castle and its half-timbered houses. An exceptional setting, a total change of scenery, a pleasantly renovated mill: it is a real haven of peace that you must discover!
