Independent gîte located in an old farm house, completely renovated on 2000 m² of enclosed land - Covered shelter (which can be used as a car and games shelter) - Quiet and pleasant setting - Ideal for teleworking. Integrated kitchen open to living room/lounge, 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), shower room, wc - Food processor - Garden furniture, barbecue, swing set, badminton, board games - Electric heating and pellet stove - The price includes: wifi, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, cleaning and heating (stove pellets 1 bag/24 hours) - GR 41 nearby - International karting at 7 km - Tronçais forest 8 km. 1 bag of pellets for the stove is provided per day. In the event of a higher daily consumption, any additional bag will be charged 10 euros by the owner.
