Charming Stone House with Terrace, Children's Amenities, and Nearby Nautical Activities
In the heart of Berry, close to the Creuse and Cher departments, a stone's throw from Sainte-Sévère and 15 minutes from La Châtre and Châteaumeillant. The Sidailles water sports center is 15 minutes away (swimming, water sports, etc.). Water skiing is available in Pouligny-Notre-Dame.
On-site, there is a 4,000m² plot of land, a farmyard, a horse paddling area (boarding available at €15/horse/day), and a swing, trampoline, ping-pong table, and bicycles for children. A detached stone house with a private terrace and parking with an automatic gate.
On the ground floor: a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge (fireplace) and direct access to the terrace through a bay window. A toilet. A bedroom with a queen-size bed, private shower room, and toilet (access from outside).
Upstairs: a suite with access via the first staircase (1 double bed) / shower room and toilet. On the other side of the house, another staircase leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) - shower room (walk-in shower) / toilet.
Low-temperature electric underfloor heating (charged based on consumption).
End-of-stay cleaning, bed ropes, and towels included in the rate.
Horse boarding (unlimited hay, 2 stalls and a nearby field), €15 per horse per night.
The rate includes: bed and bathroom linen for the stay, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash).
