Nice apartment 6km from the beaches of Saint Cyr sur mer in a private property. The pool is ozone-treated. Average temperature of the pool 26 ° (summer), you can even swim by mistral (windy days)! Pool access is reserved for tenants and owners only.
We give you a free access to a parking only 100 m from the beaches (you will not need to pay the parking fee at the beach almost 2€/hour!) Free Wi-Fi around the pool. Large trampoline for children. The apartment is Air conditioned and has 3 rooms: 1 room with a bed 140 x 200 and a large closet with a safe, 1 living room with kitchen, large fridge with freezer and a small alcove with 2 bunk beds. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. To enjoy the garden there is a terrace with a table, chairs and deckchairs as well as a summer kitchen with a gas plancha grill. We also have a Laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. Garden with kiosk and deckchairs.
Neither the cleaning products nor the linen are provided. We can rent them if needed.
Two guarantees will be requested: one of 500 € for the apartment damages and one of 100 € for the cleaning. (Cleaning is not included in the rental).
Check in from 9:00 to 11:00 and Check out from 16:00 to 19:00. For different hours please contact me in advanced.
